SERVICES
As a personal trainer I am in the business of exercise prescription and instruction. I motivate by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to my clients. I also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments are given before and after your exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness. Also as part of my services of being a personal trainer I educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

PERSONAL TRAINING
As your personal trainer I will help you achieve your fitness and health goals through motivation and education. Now understand, this is much more than just giving out exercise orders. In our initial consultation we will identify your goals (e.g. increase strength, improve fitness, weight loss) and create a tailored plan specifically for you. I will then work with you one-on-one to acheive those goals.

CORPORATE FITNESS
A corporate wellness program provides more than just a feel-good perk for employees, saving businesses significant health care costs and improving productivity. As your wellness fitness director I will create and monitor programs intended to improve the physical and mental health of your employees and their families, using preventive means that provide measurable results.

GROUP TRAINING
Do you have a group that wants to get fit? Find your motivation and get the results you are looking for with group fitness classes! I offer group training which means lower costs for everyone in the group! My group programs are designed to meet a variety of fitness levels and abilities. The classes are fun and exciting for all levels of fitness.

MUSCLE TONE
Our Muscle Toning workouts are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature. Our emphasis is on leanness in the body (low levels of body fat), noticeable muscle definition and shape, but not significant muscle size ("bulk").

CORE STRENGTH
Core strength relates to the bodily region bounded by the abdominal wall, the pelvis, the lower back and the diaphragm and its ability to stabilize the body during movement. This is an area of real expertise for me, hence the name "Shred-Ed Physique". I incorporate exercises that fully engage the transversus abdominis, the internal and external obliques, the quadratus lumborum and the diaphragm, carving a shred-ed midsection.
